Schindler China is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss Schindler Group. After the reform and opening up, the Schindler Group established the first industrial Sino-foreign joint venture in China and began to produce and sell the world’s leading Schindler elevators in China. Since then, Schindler has made a series of major investments in China, involving production and manufacturing, sales, after-sales service, branch construction, technology research and development, and personnel training.

The project newly built a production plant, an office building, and auxiliary rooms such as a pump house, a substation, and a guard room, with a total area of ​​16,044.7 square meters and a construction area of ​​about 11,000 square meters. It is characterized by a large span and many roof fan openings. The largest span of 44 meters is in the 15-22 axis area of ​​Zone B, with 67 large and small openings. Therefore, very high requirements are placed on the installation plan of the structure and the waterproofing of the roof.

The steel structure engineering of this project was completed in May 2017.
