Xiejia Engineering & Almaden Group & Wuxi Saite BIPV Discussion Meeting was successfully held

On May 20, 2022, Mr. Xu Xianghua, Chairman of Sichuan Xiejia Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu Kunpeng, Director of the BIPV Division of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd., and a group of senior executives visited our company. Mr. Shan Jinwen, Chairman of our company, and relevant management personnel warmly received them. The three parties conducted an in-depth discussion on the “Almaden-Sate DEEP TOP Low-Carbon Roof” in our conference room.

Sichuan Xiejia Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was established in May 2017. Its business scope includes municipal engineering, power engineering, electromechanical equipment installation engineering, housing construction engineering, design and construction of intelligent building engineering, engineering project consulting, engineering project management, etc. It has rich experience in project management and construction. The participants combined Sichuan Xiejia’s previous engineering cases to deeply discuss the practice of photovoltaic roofs in BIPV projects.

Next, Chairman Shan Jinwen introduced in detail the “Almaden-Sai Te DEEP TOP Low Carbon Roof” jointly developed by our company and Almaden Group. “Almaden-Sai Te DEEP TOP Low Carbon Roof” has the characteristics of light load and good heat dissipation effect. The total weight above the purlin is only 12kg/m2, and the double-glass components used by DEEP TOP can dissipate wind and heat on both sides to ensure the power generation efficiency of the components. DEEP TOP double-glass components are explosion-proof and fire-proof, and have achieved the ultimate in safety. In extreme cases, the hidden cracks are still zero. DEEP TOP roof panels and double-glass components can achieve the same life cycle, avoiding additional costs for replacing components during use. DEEP TOP also performs well in solving roof leakage. The panel type uses secondary structural adhesive sealing at the overlap of the roof panel, which can effectively prevent rainwater from penetrating from the overlap. Compared with the traditional BAPV method, DEEP TOP reduces the use of frames and brackets, and increases the costs of cables, silicone, etc., but in general, the DEEP TOP low-carbon roof method is cheaper than the traditional BAPV method. In summary, DEEP TOP low-carbon roof has great advantages in both service life and power generation efficiency.

Through this seminar and exchange, Xiejia Engineering, Almaden Group and Wuxi Saite are full of confidence in the promotion and application of “Almaden-Saite DEEP TOP low-carbon roof”, and the senior leaders of the three parties reached a consensus on future cooperation.
