In order to fulfill the owner’s instruction to “complete the laying of 8,000 square meters of roof slabs in the C/D area by October 20”, all employees of the Changshu Gangbaoli Project Department launched a one-month rush to complete the work.
After receiving the task, the project department set up an emergency command center, formulated a construction schedule, rushed work measures, and implemented material and safety guarantees.
After the goal was clear, all the project team members started to work hard to meet the deadline. They sacrificed their lunch break, managers took turns on duty at night, and workers worked overtime in batches. After a month of hard work, they finally completed the task on October 20.
On October 21, the company’s chairman Shan Jinwen and general manager Zhang Hongbin personally went to the project department to commend and distribute red envelopes to each employee of the project department.
