In order to enhance new employees’ identification with the company’s development history, business philosophy, and institutional culture, and to improve the necessary work skills of new employees, the company organized a two-day new employee training on February 18 and 19, 2023. Six new colleagues from the Technical Marketing Department, Engineering Department, and Workshop 6 participated in the training.
The company’s leadership attached great importance to this training. Chairman Shan Jinwen personally conducted training on “Steel Structure Project Management Practice” and “Common Legal Knowledge” for the trainees, Vice President of Technical Marketing Xie Fei conducted training on “Basic Knowledge of Steel Structure” for the trainees, and Safety Director Han Guofei conducted training on “Safety Knowledge” for the trainees. The lecturers cited actual cases and explained in simple terms, so that the new employees had a comprehensive understanding of the design, production, installation and project management of steel structures.
After two days of intensive learning, the trainees gained a lot. General Manager Zhang Hongbin issued completion certificates to everyone, encouraging everyone to quickly integrate into the team, complete the role transition, absorb and digest the knowledge learned in the past two days, apply it in their positions, and realize their self-worth.
