On August 5, 2022, Wuxi Saite management held an August work meeting in the company’s conference room.
At the meeting, each manager reported on the work completed in July and the work arrangements for August. Xie Fei, Vice President of Technical Marketing, focused on reporting on the projects currently being followed up and the payment collection; Zhao Qibing, Director of Engineering, reported on the status of each project under construction and put forward optimization suggestions for the company’s internal management process; Han Guofei, Director of Safety and Civilization, reported on the safety management of each project and required each project to carry out safety and civilization image improvement activities; Xu Bing, Director of Production and Manufacturing, reported on the recent work of Workshop 6 and the special plan to improve processing efficiency. Each project manager and administrative and financial management personnel reported on their respective work.
General Manager Zhang Hongbin evaluated the work completion of each department and made arrangements for the work in August. General Manager Zhang pointed out that all project managers should be good at reviewing and summarizing, and increase experience and improve management level through continuous review and analysis.
Chairman Shan Jinwen finally emphasized that the weather this year is unusually hot, and each project must adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and putting people first in formulating construction plans, take measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down workers, and truly put the health of workers first.
