At the meeting, each department summarized its work in the first half of the year and reported on its work plan for the second half of the year.
Xie Fei, Vice President of Technical Marketing, focused on reporting on the projects currently being followed up and the recent work arrangements; Zhao Qibing, Engineering Director, reported on the progress of various projects in the first half of the year and the achievements in worker management; Han Guofei, Director of Safety and Civilization, reported on the safety management work in the first half of the year, and put forward rectification suggestions for existing safety hazards, which were approved and supervised by the chairman on the spot; Xu Bing, Director of Production and Manufacturing, reported on the task completion of Workshop 6 in the first half of the year and the results of the implementation of 5S.
General Manager Zhang Hongbin evaluated the work situation of each department in the first half of the year. Due to the epidemic situation some time ago, the progress of many projects was affected. Each project department reasonably adjusted its work plan and tried its best to meet the needs of the owner. Now it is entering the hot weather. Management personnel should pay more attention to the physical condition of workers. Each project department should do a good job in heat prevention and cooling. At the same time, they should also do a good job in troubleshooting safety hazards in high temperature weather, prevent them from happening, and ensure safe production. In the second half of the year, each department should strengthen exchanges with enterprises and personnel in the same industry, broaden their horizons and ideas, learn from each other’s strengths and overcome their weaknesses, and continuously improve their business capabilities.
Finally, Chairman Shan Jinwen analyzed the company’s culture, characteristics, strengths and weaknesses in an easy-to-understand manner, combined with national conditions and industry status, determined the company’s positioning and development strategy, and pointed out the direction for all managers.
