On the afternoon of March 17, 2022, Wuxi Saite Steel Structure Installation Co., Ltd. held a March work meeting. All managers attended the meeting and project site managers participated in the meeting via video.
General Manager Mr. Zhang Hongbin chaired the meeting. Mr. Zhang said that this is the first working meeting of all managers this year and it is of great significance. The meeting will review the current work progress of each department and project department and the key tasks for the next stage, coordinate and make reasonable arrangements to ensure the orderly progress of all projects under construction and various tasks.
First, the sales department reported on the recent project development and payment collection, then the project department reported on the progress of the projects under construction and the next stage of construction plan, the factory and procurement department reported on the material procurement and processing, and finally the finance department and the administration department reported on the recent key work of their departments. During the reporting process, everyone communicated with the relevant departments in a timely manner on the key work items, confirmed the plan nodes and formed meeting minutes to point out the direction for the next stage of work.
Han Guofei, director of safety and civilization, listened to the safety work reports of various projects and put forward targeted safety management requirements based on the construction characteristics of each project under construction. General Manager Han said that safety management focuses on execution, and on-site management personnel must be stationed on the front line to promptly discover and resolve safety hazards.
Finally, Mr. Shan Jinwen, the chairman of the board, made a summary. Mr. Shan said that with the joint efforts of everyone, we achieved very good results last year. Through the report of the sales department just now, we are also full of confidence in this year’s performance. After nearly three years of training in large-scale, large-span, and high-demand projects, the company’s internal management and coordination have become more and more smooth and efficient, and we have formed our own core competitiveness.
